I Chose to do my biography on a man named Ville Valo. Ville Valo is the lead singer of my favorite band called HIM (His Infernal Majesty). They are a band out of Finland. The band consists of. Ville Valo- Born November 22,1976 - Vocals Burton (Janne Puurtinen)- Born October 17, 1974- Keyboards Gas (Lipstick / Kusan)- Born February 08, 197- Drums Linde (Mikko Lindstrom)- Born August 12, 1976- Guitar Mige (Mikko Paqnanen) Born December 19, 1974- Bass Ville Valo was born on November 22, 1976 in Helsinki Finland. Jesse Valo is his only brother who is 7 years younger then him (19). Ville Valo has a house in Helsinki Finland which he lives in when he is not on tour or recording a cd. Well Ville was growing up he had many influences. But his most influential bands well grownig up where Black Sabbath, The Cure, and Elvis. Ville didn't have any role models really. His best friend was a dog, his mom and dad saved from the gutter and it was his best friend. In the school year of 1991 in a small school in Helsinki Ville meet his fourstinger bass player Mige and His Infernal Majesty was born in the late winter of 1991. Through 1991 to 1994 HIM just practiced , but in 1994 Mige temporarilly left the band so he could go and finsh his military services. In the late November of 1994 Mige complete his military services so HIM was reformed with the addition of axeman Linde. The band still had to solve there two bassists, no singer problem. In 1995 Ville decided to try vocals "I wasn't sapposed to be the singer, we couldn't find a singer and because I wrote the lyrics, I sang on the first couple of demos and it accidentally stuck" Ville wanted to do a cover of the Chris Issac song "Wicked Game". That was the most important part of Ville's career. That demo of wicked game cought the attention of RCA records in 1996. HIM got signed to RCA, where in 1997 they recored there first cd "Greatest Lovesongs, Vol. 666" (1997). On Ville's first tour with HIM mormons and jehovanh's witnesses said the name "His Infernal Majesty" to be a satanic concern. The band promptly shortened their name to HIM. After the name was turned to HIM Ville wanted to make a second cd so in 1999 they did. When Ville was done with there second cd they had made what Ville says is there best cd "Razorblade Romance" (2000). When Razorblade Romance came in 2000 Ville said thats when he new they where famous. But Ville still had a lot of songs after Razorblade Romance was done so they went back into the studio to make there third album "Deep Shadows & Brilliant Highlights" (2001). Ville took 1 year off to relax and write some more songs, by late 2002 he had enough new songs for a fourth album so they hit the studios yet again and came out with "Love Metal" (2003). After Love Metal came out Ville won so many awards. Best Single- HIM- "The Sacrament Best Live Act-HIM Best International Band-HIM But Ville still had wanted to give more back to the fans, so in 2004 he wrote 2 new songs "And Love Said No" and "Solitary Man" and put them on a Greatest Hits cd and put out there most recent cd "And Love Said No: The Greatest Hits 1997-2004" (2004). As of now Ville is in the studio writing new songs for there fifth studio album. Song and Music Lyrics and Makeover Games, Hair Straighteners
